We are currently looking for full-time Sales Associates to join our innovative, growing company in Regent Mall, Fredericton, to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, fun and professional work environment! If you are someone who is reliable and excited about their work, this is the job for you!
Reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, Sales Associates are the welcoming faces that greet customers and provide them with a memorable buying experience. Sales Associates must provide the excellent customer service and support we’re known for. They are excellent communicators who have a knack for building relationships. With a keen eye on customer satisfaction, the Sales Associate answers questions, handles complaints ensuring maximum client satisfaction, and maintains a clean, well-organized sales floor. They are the driving force behind new and ongoing sales opportunities — directly impacting The Quark Group’s growth and success. Ultimately the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

What you bring:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Your proven experience as a collaborative and respectful team player
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and share laughs when appropriate (always!)
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience working in a sales driven environment is an asset
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with POS systems would be an asset
